    • Road test notes. – Found vehicle to drive good and straight only thing I noticed that the front struts feel worn Front Struts / Shocks – Front struts are blown, every bump front end of vehicle would shake Rear Struts / Shocks – Recommend replacing rear shocks based on mileage Alignment – Didn’t notice any tire wear indicating that aliment is out Inspection Notes – Only thing found on front end inspection, front struts are blown, all bushings looked good, ball joint and wheel bearing looked good, inner and outer tire rod ends looked good as well, over all didn’t feel any play or see any other issues.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One 1. Replace front struts 2. Recharge and retest battery Priority Two 1. Diag codes Priority Three 1. Replace cabin air filter 2. Replace engine coolant 3. Replace engine oil and filter at next service interval Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – Current codes, B230371 wiper park switch input actuator stuck. B230964 rear wiper switch signal plausibility failure, pending. C149692 PTU motor position performance are incorrect operation active. P060649 internal control processor, internal electric failure. U001000 CAN interior Bus. B221E00 radio internal stored. U014000 last communication with body control module. B14DA2A Head unit button stuck. C10D0 manufacturer specific. Oil Life % – Oil change is still about 3,000 to go until next oil change Power Steering Fluid – Na Battery Condition – Battery test bad, battery is rated for 790CCA and tested back at 567CCA recommend to recharge battery and retest Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – Brake pads are at about half life Shocks / Struts – Front struts are blown, when pulling vehicle in found that front struts would just shake when inspecting struts found that struts are leaking oil Tire pressure & condition – Tires at 36 psi By time and / or mileage – OEM recommendations based by mileage 1. Replace cabin air filter 2. Replace engine coolant 3. Replace engine oil and filter.
    • Per previous recommendation removed and replaced both front struts reusing old coloring and mounts. Removed and replaced sway bar links. Performed alignment and road tested. Confirming repair.
    • Adjustments made.: – All possible adjustments have been made. Found front camber to be out. No way to adjust camber or caster on this vehicle. Lifted body of vehicle and noted camber went into specs. This indicates that coil springs are weak and sagging causing alignment issues. Recommend to replace springs. If possible Road tested vehicle and confirmed that it drives true to the road with the steering wheel sitting straight. Has slight pull to right not concerning however.

    • Lifted up vehicle and started to drain oil. Once the oil was done draining I tightened down drain plug and cleaned area off. Then I lowered vehicle and removed oil filter, housing and replaced oil filter and rubber o ring and I tightened down oil filter housing and topped off with 6 quarts of 5W 20 mobile one. Then I started vehicle and checked oil level wrote new sticker and reset oil life. Also replacing air filter
    • During vehicle inspection found: Priority One 1. Replace air filter 2. Tire rotation Priority Two 1. Remove glove box lining and inspect cabin air filter 2. Fuel filter based by mileage Priority Three 1. Get windshield cracks repaired so windshield doesn't freeze and crack more Oil Change & Filter: Performing oil change at this time with customer provided oil Cabin air filter: Could not reach cabin air due to the glove box lining being in the way, and would have to remove glove box and lining on inside of glove box to get to cabin air filter Windshield / Glass: Windshield has three chips recommend windshield repair shop to repair them before they turn into cracks Antifreeze/Coolant: Just had to top off coolant by quarter of a quart Air Filter: Air filter is dirty recommend replacing Brakes (Pads/Shoes): Rear pads are low but fronts felt fine recommend brake inspection Fuel Filter: Recommend replacing fuel filter based by mileage Tire pressure & condition: All tires at 36 psi By time and / or mileage: No OEM recommendations at this mileage

Priority Two: 1. wipers, 2. diag tcm code Priority Three: 1. plugs for 120k maint Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – Recommend diag of tcm codes Wiper Blades – All wipers streak recommend replacing Engine Oil – Slightly low Battery Condition – Battery tested bad recommend replacing Tire pressure & condition – All tires were right below 30psi Under vehicle fluid leaks. – Possible engine oil leak. Suspect oil pan gasket. Recommend to dye and inspect.

    • Scanned vehicle for codes, P0305 preset, check and verified ignition misfire on cylinder #5, inspected ignition components and verified ignition coil fault, also found spark plugs are worn. Recommending performing ignition tune up including spark plugs and ignition coils.
    • During vehicle inspection found: Priority One: 1. Remove transfer case bolt to check fluid level/ reseal 2. Brake inspection 3. Oil Change Priority Two: 1. Battery terminal service 2. Front axle seals 3. Drive Shaft boot, 4. Diag codes Priority Three: 1. Power Steering Flush, 2. License Plate Bulb Oil Change & Filter: Oil change is needed, car is 8,000 miles over due for an oil change based off sticker in windshield SEL- Code list: Codes that came back after test drive, C2102, C1032, C102B, and U1418 Cabin air filter: NA Lights (Head, Brake, Turn): License plate light is out Engine Oil: Engine oil is worn recommend replacing Power Steering Fluid: Power steering fluid is worn recommend BG service Battery Condition: Battery tested good but recommend battery terminal service Brakes (Pads/Shoes): Front pads are low and front brake rotors have groves recommend brake inspection Driveline (Axles / CV Shafts): Front driveline boot is ripped and causing play recommend to replace front drive line Transfer Case fluid: Transfer case has very bad leak from bottom of seal recommend to re seal, could not get transfer case bolt due to it being stripped out, to check fluid level would have to extract bolt Under vehicle fluid leaks: Front axle seals are leaking recommend replacing seals

    • Was able to extract both plugs without damaging. check fluid level and condition confirming fluid to look new and level to be good. no need to perform transfer case fluid exchange at this time.
    • Performed front diff fluid service, drain front differential and refilled with 2.1 pints of 75w90 gear oil.
    • removed air filter and serviced using k&n kit. reinstalled new filter confirming service complete.
    • customer state of vehicle has an exhaust smell at times when driving, has not noticed any exhaust noises in a.m. and when CT drove customer home no smell noted by customer. Visually inspected exhaust system and found no obvious signs of exhaust leak. Using smoke machine confirm no exhaust leaks present at this time.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One. 1 brake flush. 2 front axle u-joints. Priority two. 1 tune-up. 2 clear codes. 3 serpentine belt. Priority three. 1 oil change. 2 tire rotate Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – Central gateway codes b1630, b16 to see, b1638, b1634, b16 48, b1820. suspecting codes to be present due to aftermarket lights. recommended clear and reevaluate Brake Fluid – brake fluid is contaminated recommend performing flush. Belts (Engine, accessory, serpentine, V-drive) – serpentine belt is the original equipment recommend to replace by mileage. Air Filter – k&n air filters a little dirty will be servicing it at this time. Spark Plugs / Wires – spark plug wires and spark plugs are the original equipment recommend to replace by mileage. Driveline (Axles / CV Shafts) – front axle shaft u-joints have play recommend to replace Differential fluid- Frt and/or rear – front differential fluid is dark will be performing service at this time. Transfer Case fluid – transfer case fluid check plug is stripped will be extracting and performing transfer case service at this time. By time and / or mileage. – manufacturers recommending to perform oil change and a tire rotate.

    • Can confirm that coolant system hold 18 psi of pressure over an hour period. Found that radiator cap releases pressure before 10 psi indicating that the cap is bad and is likely cause of any over heating issue, recommending replacing radiator cap.
    • Reinstalled oil drain plug Lowered vehicle and replaced engine oil filter. Filled vehicle with 5 qts of customer supplied 5w20 synth oil and one qt of Lucas oil treatment also supplied by customer. Started vehicle and confirmed no oil leaks and that oil level is correct stickers vehicle for 5000 miles and reset oil life indicator.
    • General Inspection – Priority one 1 recommended repairs 2 rear diff service 3 brake fluid flush Priority two 1 further diagnosis of all codes 2 fix all lighting issues Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – Central gateway code B16F9 Read me a code B1430tpms code u000100 Lights (Head, Brake, Turn) – Driver side fog light License plate assembly is loose bulb is intermittently working Other – Damage to front bumper Brake Fluid – Slightly contaminated recommend replacing in future Antifreeze/Coolant – Condition and level okay customer concern of over heating see work order Differential fluid- Frt and/or rear – Rear diff fluid dirty recommend replacing.

    • Road tested vehicle and found as brake system got warmer the brake pulsation got greater, will need to inspect brake system for any brake system binding, repairs/ service and replace affected rotors. Notes from last brake inspection on 10/29/2021 with 115718 miles (Notes : Road tested vehicle and verified vehicle pulsation when braking, found no brake wear, or brake rotor warpage, or brake hardware issues, recommending having tires inspected at at tire shop for possible tire separation.) Has customer had tires checked, re balanced?
    • 6 quarts 5w 20 synthetic blend, replace oil filter, added one can of MOA, new sticker set for 3000 miles at 127640, occurring so down there is 124640, oil maintenance was reset, double check the oil level is full
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One: 1. brake flush, 2.air filter Inspection Findings – Oil Change & Filter – according to oil change sticker vehicle is about 3,000 mi overdue. SEL- Code list – multiple codes multiple modules recommend to clear codes and reevaluate Oil Life % – current oil life before performing oil change was at 24%, reset oil life monitoring system after performing oil change to 100%. Brake Fluid – brake fluid test came back a little dark recommend brake flush Air Filter – air filter is dirty recommend to replace Tire pressure & condition – before performing oil change found tire pressure monitoring light is on and both front tire pressures reading slightly low. all tires are at 32 psi, brought up to 36 PSI.
