  • Removed & replaced oil filter. Drained & refilled oil to spec with Full synthetic 0W20 oil and a can of BG MOA. Double checked oil level and stickered vehicle for 5000 miles.
  • Temperature coming out of vents is 89°. High side pressure: 125 psi. Low side pressure: seems as if schrader valve did not open. Evacuated AC system only recovering 3 oz. Removed low side schrader valve and inspected finding no faults with valve, however, low side pressure pipe has not been drilled and/or something has been installed blocking the hole for the schrader valve. Removed hose and inspected inside underneath adapter. Verified manufacturer fault did not fully drill hole through pipe. We could attempt to drill pipe but that would be taking chances of metal getting into compressor and destroying compressor; recommend to replace pipe instead. Recharged system with 13 oz. also added PAG oil & dye to system to inspect for leaks. High side pressure at 180 psi and Temps at vents are now 49 degrees.
  • During vehicle inspection found: Priority One. 1 AC line see work order. Priority Two. keep an eye on rear shocks. Oil Life %: according to sticker, by mileage vehicle is still good, but is due by date. Power Steering Fluid: NA Shocks / Struts: rear shocks have signs of seeping, recommend to monitor. Differential fluid- Frt and/or rear: NA Transfer case fluid: NA

  • The hood release cable needs to be replaced. Tested and confirmed spark plugs, coils and fuel injectors are not the cause of the misfire (vehicle has spark); need to remove valve cover and perform valve adjustments to see if that eliminates the misfire. Will need to do a BG air induction service before valve adjustment to ensure that the valves are clean and making good seal before adjustment.
