    • Verified customers concern of low coolant message on driver info center at first initial starts, verified fault with internal coolant level sensor at reservoir, recommending replacing reservoir assembly and re testing.
    • Re inspected engine assembly for any signs of engine oil leaks, found no signs of tracer dye at time or re inspecting. Noted seeping at inner cooler ducts, may be due to previous repairs.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One 1. Replace coolant level sensor Priority Two 1. Diag codes present Priority Three 1. Replace engine oil and filter 2. Replace fuel filter 3. Rotate tires Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – Current codes, U012187 communication with ESP has a malfunction. P25567B sensor coolant level has a malfunction. The fluid level is too low. B178F00 switch turn signal has a malfunction There is a general failure. B1EB000 lane keeping assist has a malfunction. B124924 Park Tronic sensor two has a malfunction voltage level is too high. B1DD015 the output for the mirror heater has a malfunction. There is a short two positive or an open circuit. U012287 communication with control unit traction system has a malfunction. B142E31 the global positioning system GPS antenna has a malfunction. B15CE00 registration with the telecom attics service TOC has failed. U010187 communication with control unit transmission has a malfunction. 1614 an internal control unit reset is being performed. B31EB97 refer to OEM repair information for code description. Windshield / Glass – Windshield does have a chip recommend windshield repair shop for these repairs Antifreeze/Coolant – Confirmed that coolant light is low indicating coolant is low but when inspecting coolant reservoir found coolant level is at the full line. Power Steering Fluid – Na Underhood fluid leaks – Seeing small oil leaks, checking for dye from last service . Not seeing any dye on top of motor Tire pressure & condition – Tires at 43 psi Under vehicle fluid leaks – Found both inner cooler lines to be seaping oil, found no remnants of oil dye on both intercooler lines. Oil possibly from previous repairs. Checked oil level and oil level looks good By time and / or mileage – OEM recommendations based by mileage 1. Replace coolant 2. Replace engine oil and filter 3. Replace fuel filter 4. Replace wiper blades 5. Rotate tires.
    • Verified all light are operating as designed at time of inspection.

    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One 1. Replace both secondary high beams 2. Replace air filters 3. Drain t case and inspect fluid Priority Two 1. Add dye to oil system to pinpoint leak Priority Three 1. Replace coolant 2. Replace fuel filter 3. Replace wiper blades Inspection Findings – Oil Change & Filter – Preforming oil change at this time SEL- Code list – Printed out codes inside ticket Lights (Head, Brake, Turn) – Secondary high beam bulbs are out on both sides Power Steering Fluid – Vehicle does not have mechanical power steering pump Air Filter – Both air filter are extremely dirty recommend replacing Transfer Case fluid – T case fluid is worn and found metal debris inside fluid recommend preforming service and inspecting fluid Under vehicle fluid leaks. – Massive oil leak on front side of engine, unable to pinpoint leak recommending to add dye and clean area and re inspect By time and / or mileage. – OEM recommendations based by mileage 1.     • CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models
    • Customer requesting pin up plastic skid plate/cover that is dangling.
    • During vehicle inspection found: customers request of pin up looks like AC condenser is dangling due to tabs on radiator broken condenser does have damage to it and to replace the cover skid plate will have to remove front bumper would recommend a body shop but will zip tie it together for now. Recommending new air filters, vehicle does require 2 air filters. Recommending new wiper blades.

    • During vehicle inspection found: oil change customer's request, air filter is a little dirty.
    • Installed new air filter element.
    • Performed engine oil drain and refill using recommending engine oil to spec's with added BG MOA.
    • Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Lining remaining is: Brake system has an excessive amount of brake dust, pad life visually inspecting looks good did not feel any pulsating on rotors, inspect and service brake system
    • Replaced oil filter.
