Inspection Findings – Oil Change & Filter – Preforming oil change at this time SEL- Code list – Current codes, P2443 secondary air injection system switching valves stuck closed bank two. B1424 solar sensor circuit driver side. B1421 solar sensor circuit passenger side. B2795 not matched key code. C2121 transmitter ID one not received main. C2174 vehicle speed signal error. Recommend to diag current codes Tire Rotation – Preforming tire rotation at this time Battery Condition – Battery is rated for 885 CCA and tested back at 611CCA recommend to replace battery Tire pressure & condition – Found front tires to have some inside tire wear, all tires at 36 psi, found passenger side rear tire valve core is leaking air replacing at this time By time and / or mileage – OEM recommendations based by mileage 1. Replace engine oil and filter 2. Retorque drive shaft bolts 3. Rotate tires 4. Tighten chassis body nuts and bolts.
    • Current codes, P2443 secondary air injection system switching valves stuck closed bank two. Recommending further diag.
    • Preformed oil change, replaced oil filter, filled vehicle up with 8 quarts of 0w20 with MOA, started vehicle and checked oil level and wrote new sticker and reset oil life, next oil change service at 69,213.
    • Tire condition – Found inside tire wear on tires Tire DOT date – Tires are from 2015 recommend tire shop for repairs Tire pressure – Tires are at 36 psi Front brake pads – Condition (Visual) Front pads are at 8mm in the green Rear brake pads – Condition (Visual) Rear pads are at 8mm in the green Wheel torque – Torque the wheels down to 97 foot pounds Tech Notes – Front and rear pads and rotors look good, tires do have some inside tire wear see aliment work order. When adjusting tire pressure found issues with one schrader valve leaking, installed new schrader valve and verified now more leaks.
    • Performed steering and suspension inspection, found all component in good operation. Performed alignment, adjusted toe, road tested to verify vehicle tracking true to the road.
    • Per previous recommendation. Removed old worn battery and replaced with new interstate battery. MTP27f. Added battery protectant to terminals.
    • Scanned code and found code P2443 for stuck closed air injection valve on bank 2, tested powers and grounds at driver both bank 1 and bank 2, preformed resistance, testing and found resistance inspect on both valves, confirming not to be a circuit fault. Using power probe, to turn valve on and open them and found valve 1 is working but when sending power to pump 2 found that valve wasn’t opening. recommending replacing both secondary air valve with new pumps.

    • Road test notes, before alignment – found steering wheel off center Adjustment notes – Adjusted caster, camber and set tow. vehicle equipped with aftermarket upper and lower control arms and aftermarket adjusters . After adjustments , road test notes – road tested vehicle, noted when adjusting toe, found rack and pinion assembly and or bushing have some wear and unable to set steering wheel perfect, vehicle tracked true to the road.
    • General Inspection – Recommendations – Diag air bag code. – Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – Muliple history codes. Cleared all. Found that air bag history code returned. Recommend diagnosis Tire pressure & condition – Set to 40psi.

    • Shocks are leaking/blown, but tire wear is ok, aside from weather cracking.
    • Filled engine with 4.6 qt of 0w20. Confirmed level. Stickered vehicle for 5k and reset maintenance light.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One: 1. transmission service, 2. battery, 3. brake inspection, 4. cabin filter Priority Two: 1. shocks and struts, 2. address tpms at tire shop SEL- Code list: Tpms codes for transmitter id's not received. Recommend tire shop Lights (Head, Brake, Turn): Driver side brake light out, replacing at this time. Transmission fluid: Fluid dark and used, recommend transmission fluid service Battery Condition: Battery tested bad. Recommend replacing Brakes (Pads/Shoes): Front driver side brake pads look low, recommend brake inspection Shocks / Struts: Front struts and rear shocks blown recommend replacing Tire pressure & condition:Tires starting to weather crack. Dated from 2019, recommend replacing tires.

    • removed and replaced oil filter. drained oil and refilled with 4.7 quarts of 0w-20 full synthetic and a can of moa. reset maintenance light and sticker vehicle for 5000 miles at 198196. double check oil level confirming service complete.

Priority Three. 1 oil change. 2 tire rotate Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – multiple engine and transmission codes recommending to farther diagnose. Oil Life % – no oil change sticker to reference to but maintenance light is on. Windshield / Glass – windshield is cracked and chipped recommend replacement of windshield Lights (Head, Brake, Turn) – license plate light is out recommend and replace bulb and recheck. Other – under engine splash guard is damaged and held in by zip ties recommend to replace splash guard with new hardware. Power Steering Fluid – na Belts (Engine, accessory, serpentine, V-drive) – serpentine belt is the original equipment recommending to replace my mileage Transmission fluid – transmission fluid is extremely worn recommend performing flush Battery Condition – battery service cap is missing recommend to replace battery. Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – passing rotors look okay but driver side front brake line to caliper is starting to seep recommend to replace banjo bolt washers Shocks / Struts – rear shocks are the original equipment front struts are leaking recommend to replace all four Under vehicle fluid leaks. – transmission has signs of leakage recommended clean and add dye to confirm By time and / or mileage. – manufacturers recommending to perform oil change and tire rotate.

    • Removed colmun cover and found shifter housing assembly is damaged / broken, recommending replacing shifter assembly.
    • Found shifter housing broken, causing wipers to activate due to additional shifter housing movement.
    • General Inspection – Priority list – Priority One. 1 shift linkage. 2 brake flush. 3 oil change. Priority Two. 1 front end inspection and tire rotate. 2 wiper blades. 3 lower oil pan. 4 diagnose codes and clear all other. Priority Three. 1 brake inspection. Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – antilock brake codes c1223, c1247. tire pressure monitoring codes z2121, c2122, c2123, c2125, c2142. recommending to diagnose ABS codes and clear all other Oil Life % – cannot make our oil change sticker out Wiper Blades – wiper blades are a little worn recommend to replace. Brake Fluid – brake fluid is a little contamination recommend performing flush. Tire pressure & condition – tires have some inside recommend performing for an inspection. By time and / or mileage. – manufacturers recommending to perform brake inspection, tire rotate, and oil change.
    • Removed and replaced shifter assembly, did notice that new shifter assembly is a heavier metal which should help prevent this from happening again. Retest confirm shifter now functioning without interfering wiper arm.
    • Lifted car and started to drain oil, once oil was done draining, removed skid plate and replaced oil filter, tightened oil filter and drain plug down and cleaned off. Replaced skid plate and lowered vehicle, filled up with 5w30 synthetic blend with a can of BG MOA oil additive, 6.5 quarts. Started vehicle and checked oil level, replaced sticker and reset maintenance light.

    • lifted car and drained oil and removed filter housing, replaced oil filter and o-ring inside of filter housing, after the oil was done draining I put drain plug back in, lowered vehicle and filled up with 4.5 quarts of 0w20 FS with a can of BG MOA, then started vehicle and checked oil level and reset maintenance light.
