    • lifted car and drained oil and removed filter housing, replaced oil filter and o-ring inside of filter housing, after the oil was done draining I put drain plug back in, lowered vehicle and filled up with 4.5 quarts of 0w20 FS with a can of BG MOA, then started vehicle and checked oil level and reset maintenance light.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One: 1. Brake inspection 2. replace wiper blades Priority Two: 1. replace cabin air filter 2. replace shocks and struts Priority Three: 1. replace bulb in fog lamp 2. rotate tires Inspection Findings – Cabin air filter – cabin air filter is dirty recommend to replace Wiper Blades – wiper blades are streaking recommend to replace Lights (Head, Brake, Turn) – driver side fog light is out Power Steering Fluid – NA Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – brake pads in front are low recommend brake inspection Shocks / Struts – struts and shocks are original equipment and drivers side front strut is leaking recommend to replace both front struts and perform alignment. Transfer Case fluid – NA By time and / or mileage. – OEM Recommendations by mileage: rotate tires.

    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One 1. brake flush 2. transmission flush, 3. axle seal, 4. replace battery Inspection findings – SEL- Code list – TPMS codes present. Brake Fluid – Brake fluid is slightly contaminated, recommend performing brake fluid service. Washer Fluid – Topped off washer fluid reservoir. Transmission fluid – Transmission fluid is dark in color, recommend transmission fluid service. Battery Condition – 344 cca out of 570cca replace battery Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – clean and adjust in the rear Tire pressure & condition – tire pressure was at 38PSI brought it down to factory 32 psi Under vehicle fluid leaks. – driver side axle seal is leaking suggest replacing with transmission flush – By time and / or mileage. – inspect idle speed

    • Performed oil change service, drain and refilled engine assembly, installed new oil drain plug gasket, installed new subaru OEM filter, refilled engine assembly with recommended engine oil and a can of BG MOA, verified oil level correct and no leaks.
    • Test drove vehicle and found no brake concerns. Removed, cleaned/lubed and inspected all four wheel braking components. Inspected entire system for leaks. Found front brake pads were at 8mm and rear were at 6mm, no need for brake pads at this time. Front & rear rotors are in good condition, at this time. No issues noticed on brake lines, Calipers are functioning as designed with no issues. Rotated Tires.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – UPDATE: Customer authorized Air & cabin Filters. Removed & replaced both filters per request. Priority One 1. Replace air filter, 2. Replace cabin air filter, 3. Replace front windshield. Priority Two 1. Ignition tune up, 2. BG Air induction service. Priority Three 1. Replace shocks and struts by mileage. 2. Brake fluid service. Windshield / Glass – windshield is cracked suggest glass shop Engine Oil – time for oil change by sticker (will perform today) Spark Plugs / Wires – suggest a tune-up by mileage Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – 8mm front 6mm rear Shocks / Struts – suggest replacing by mileage, but no visual signs of concern.

    • Scanned vehicle for codes, no codes present at time of testing. Road tested vehicle while monitoring live data, verified fuel trims values with in spec's, unable to duplicate customer described concern at this time.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One: 1. replace rear control arm bushings. 2. put dye in system to keep an eye on both seeps. Priority Three: Pressure test cooling system, clean radiator, clean condenser, replace coolant, rotate tires. INspection Findings – Oil Change & Filter – Oil change service not recommended at this time based on oil change sticker. Brake Fluid – b recommending to keep an eye on brake fluid corrosion level is rising Washer Fluid – topped off Steering System – Rear control arm bushing cracked and damaged. Recommend replacing Under vehicle fluid leaks. – Oil seeps from upper and lower pan gaskets and what could possibly be the head. Recommend to add dye and inspect at later date.

Fix leak on rear differential out put shaft seal.     • During vehicle inspection found:
    • During vehicle inspection, found thermostat bypass hose was disconnected, re connected hose, topped off cooling system and pressure tested cooling system, found small leak at water pump. Recommending replacing water pump assembly. Road tested vehicle while monitoring coolant temp on live data, verifying no additional overheating issues noted. Recommending checking coolant level through out the rest of road trip.

    • Did not verify over heating. Found that radiator was over a gallon low o. Coolant. Topped off with water and pressure tested. Tested both caps Found system to hold pressure indicating no leaks. Tested caps and found that reservoir held and radiator cap did not and bled off Immediately. Recommending replacing both coolant caps.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority one 1 all recommended work order repairs. 2 rear shocks. Priority two 1 diag codes Inspection Findings – Lights (Head, Brake, Turn) – Both license plate bulbs out. Recommend replacing Antifreeze/Coolant – See work phone Shocks / Struts – Rear shocks aged appear to be oe. Recommend replacing Transfer Case fluid – Over full. Allowed to drain By time and / or mileage. – All 120k maint is okay at this time.
    • Per previous recommendations performed bg coolant system flush using bg coolant flush kit. Road tested vehicle and confirmed no further issues

    • Cabin air filter – cabin air filter is extremely restricted and glove box is missing retaining clip. recommend to replace and install new clip. Refrigerant recovered – recovered 1 oz. OEM recommended refrigerant amount – 2.30 lbs Refrigerant amount added – 2.30 lbs Final vent temp – ran vehicle for a minute and temperatures dropped to 61 was continuing to drop but had to stop due to leak. Tech notes – After recharging system ran vehicle confirm pressures are with in spec's and temperatures seem to start dropping. Found AC line at the condenser leaking. Also found AC condenser fins to be blocked due to road debris. recommending to replace both ac lines and AC condenser.
    • General Inspection Priority One. 1 AC repair. 2 diagnose codes. 3 cabin air filter. 4 diagnosed oil leaks. 5 brake fluid flush. Priority Two. 1 air filter. 2 headlight switch. 3 rear shocks. 4 windshield repair. 5 air filter. 6 oil change. Priority Three. 1 coolant flush. 2 transmission flush. 3 transfer case drain and refill. SEL- Code list engine codes p0300, p0304. recommending the farther diagnose Cabin air filter cabin air filter is extremely restricted recommend to replace. see AC for pictures Windshield / Glass windshield has a very small chip recommend to have repair. Lights (Head, Brake, Turn) all lights are good but headlight switch popped out of dash and is excessively hard to turn recommending to replace headlight switch. was able to reinstall headlight switch but unable to determine how long it will be stationary Brake Fluid brake fluid is highly contaminated recommend performing flush. Air Filter engine air filters a little dirty recommend to replace. Shocks / Struts rear shocks are leaking recommend to replace Under vehicle fluid leaks. engine has multiple oil leaks suspect in front timing cover possibly valve covers need to clean and add dye to confirm By time and / or mileage. manufacturers recommending coolant flush, replace air filter, transmission flush, and transfer case drain and refill.
