- Did not verify over heating. Found that radiator was over a gallon low o. Coolant. Topped off with water and pressure tested. Tested both caps Found system to hold pressure indicating no leaks. Tested caps and found that reservoir held and radiator cap did not and bled off Immediately. Recommending replacing both coolant caps.
- General Inspection – Priority List – Priority one 1 all recommended work order repairs. 2 rear shocks. Priority two 1 diag codes Inspection Findings – Lights (Head, Brake, Turn) – Both license plate bulbs out. Recommend replacing Antifreeze/Coolant – See work phone Shocks / Struts – Rear shocks aged appear to be oe. Recommend replacing Transfer Case fluid – Over full. Allowed to drain By time and / or mileage. – All 120k maint is okay at this time.
- Per previous recommendations performed bg coolant system flush using bg coolant flush kit. Road tested vehicle and confirmed no further issues
