LOF Inspection Priority List: Priority One – 1 – replacement of engine along with related items. Priority Two – 1 – wiper blades. Inspection findings: SEL- Code list – engine has pinning code p0300, p0305, p0308, p0335. anti lock brake has codes heating and air conditioning has a code entire pressure monitoring system has three codes. please reference to work order for engine replacement Oil Life % – according to oil sticker vehicle is 1000 miles over due. Wiper Blades – wiper blades are worn. Engine Oil – see work order for metallic flake in oil.
R&R engine assembly with used engine assembly, transferred new components installed, see history, replaced necessary components including, intake gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, along with and used driver side exhaust manifold due to damaged collector hardware, filled engine assembly with recommended fluid to spec's, road tested vehicle, no SEL came on during road test, raised vehicle and inspected to verify engine assembly sealed.
Verified noise when motor is off idle about 2500 RPMs. Used stethoscope to listen- valve covers and oil pan noise sounds more like coming from bottom end. Remove belt confirmed noise is not in pulley system, removed oil filter found metallic in oil confirming engine needs to be removed, replaced or rebuilt. Removed spark plugs from cylinder five and eight due to misfire codes and spark plug on cylinder number 2 to compare see no normal wear.

CABIN AIR FILTER – Remove & Replace
Leak still present but fluid condition is good and level was good.
Performed tire rotate. Tires set to 36 PSI and wheels torqued to 90 ft lb.
Removed and replaced both outer tie rods (aftermarket tie rod due to lift kit). After alignment, test drove vehicle 10 MI, to verify repairs.
Road test vehicle. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. ( Does not include additional caster/ camber kits to perform adjustments.) Performed alignment and tire rotate. Tires set to 36 PSI. and wheels torqued to 90 ft lb. Test drove 10 miles to verify repairs.

Scan vehicle for codes, code P0456 is present for EVAP system small leak detected performed EVAP system check, past test inspected gas cap. Found gas cap seems to be not seeding correctly. Installed new gas cap feels just as bad as the one that's on there recommend replacement with Toyota gas cap.

During vehicle inspection found: Rear shocks are starting to seep. High mount brake light on camper shell is out. TPMS codes present for transmitter 2 and 3 signals not received.
ENGINE OIL FILTER – Remove & Replace – V8
Remove and reinstall four wheels and rear brake drums to inspect brake condition. Inspect entire system for leaks. Front brake pads were the only components replaced, rotors are in good condition. Rear brakes have plenty of life left.
Rotate all tires and adjust tire pressures to specs.
STABILIZER BAR – Remove & Replace – All Applicable Models

Replaced both front struts and perform alignment found rear toe is out need to repace rear strut rods boths sides and alignment. Tested drove 10 miles there is a slight noise coming from the sway bar links. Recommend front sway bar links.
