  • Test drove vehicle. Found steering wheel to be off (at 11:30 position). Drove straight down the road. Inspected front end; did not see any suspension parts obviously bent or worn out at this time. We do have history notes of drivers side strut seeping, but could not verify today. Did find that frame is damaged right behind bumper before suspension; see pics. Suspect possible rear crossmember to be tweaked but not enough to prevent alignment. Found tow out. Recommend toe adjustment. Also, recommend frame to be checked by body shop.

HVAC module code u0100. instrument panel codes b1508, b150a. navigational code u0100. recommending to clear all codes and reevaluate next oil change. Cables / Connections: recommend battery terminal service due to corrosion buildup on positive cable. Brakes (Pads/Shoes): front brakes are extremely low, recommend brake inspection. Steering System: possible frame damaged right behind bumper before suspension but should not prevent alignment. Also found choppy tire wear indicating alignment or suspension issues. Recommend alignment and body shop to check frame. Tire pressure & condition: front tires are extremely choppy. Recommend to rotate to the back.
  • Alignment Check Notes: performed alignment check and found only tow to be out. waiting on approval to set tow. Would like to have frame looked at by body shop after. Adjusted – Made toe adjustments and road test vehicle 10 MI confirming steering wheel is now straight.
  • Brake inspection – Recommending front pads due to pad life and front rotors for good measures only. Front Brake Condition – front brake pads are in the red at 3 mm. lateral run out 0.000. brake rotor thickness is within spec at 1.098. spec is 1.024.
