    • Rotate all tires and adjust tire pressures to specs.
    • Priority One: 1. clear codes, 2. air filter 3. glass, 4. body shop SEL- Code list: multiple codes, recommend to clear codes and reevaluate. Windshield / Glass: read glass is broken, recommend to replace. Lights (Head, Brake, Turn): driver rear tail light assembly damaged recommend to replace. Air Filter: air filter is a little dirty recommend to replace at next service.

    • Replaced drain plug and removed and replaced oil filter. Lowered vehicle and filled engine with 6.6 qts of 0w20 and one can of BG MOA oil treatment. Started vehicle and confirmed no leaks and oil level is correct. Stick weed vehicle for 5000 miles and reset oil life.

    • Accessed right front wheel and unplugged sensor, removed damaged harness and installed new one. Reinstalled tire and torqued lug nuts to 83 ft lbs. Road tested vehicle half mile to confirm with scanner that sensor was reading in unison with other three wheel speed sensors.

    • General Inspection Priority List: Priority One. 1 brake inspection. 2 air filter service. 3 further diagnose codes. 4 cabin air filter. 5 wiper blades. Priority Two. 1 rear differential vent. 2 shocks / struts. During vehicle inspection found: SEL- Code list – engine and transmission codes P043E, P043F, P0451, P2401, P2402, and code P2419 all related to the EVAP emission system. interlock brake code c1201 maybe related to evap codes. tire pressure monitoring code c2122. recommending to further diagnose evap codes. Oil Life % – according to our sticker vehicle has gone almost 2000 miles overdue. Cabin air filter – cabin air filter is dirty recommend to replace. Wiper Blades – front passenger and rear wiper blades or worn recommend to replace all three. Power Steering Fluid – power steering fluid is a little low will be topping off at this time. Belts: engine, accessory, serpentine, V-drive – serpentine belt is the original equipment recommend to keep an eye on it. Air Filter – engine air filter is a k&n and is dirty recommend performing service. Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – rear brakes are getting extremely low recommend performing brake inspection. Shocks / Struts – front struts and rear shocks are seeping. recommend to replace all four. both front and rear are hydraulically controlled. Differential fluid- Frt and/or rear – rear differential fluid and condition are good. when checking rear differential, had air escape indicating diff is under pressure. Recommend replacing rear differential vent.

    • Brake inspection – Recommending replacing both front brake pads and rotors along with rear brake pads. Front Brake Condition – Front pads are out of spec in the red at 2 mm. Front rotors are out of spec at .002 due to lateral runout. Spec is .0019 Rear Brake Condition – Rear pads are out of spec in the red at 2mm Notes – Road tested vehicle in the a.m. and found slight brake pulsation.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One : 1 – perform brake repairs, 2 – diagnose current ECU codes. Priority Two : 1 – replace air filter, 2 – replace cabin air filter. Priority Three : 1 – replace front windshield, 2 – reinspect shocks at next service. Inspection findings – SEL- Code list – Engine code P1603. anti-lock brakes code C1241. power steering code C1547. immobilizer smart key code U0155. navigation system code B15BA and B15DF. Recommend further diagnosing engine code. Windshield / Glass – Crack throughout lower part of windshield Washer Fluid – A little low Air Filter – A little dirty but not horrible Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – all brake pads are low refer to brake inspection for further details. Shocks / Struts – found all four shocks starting to seep, recommending reinspecting at next service.
    • Replaced front brake pads and rotors, and rear brake pads. Road tested vehicle to verify brake repairs. Feel slight tire balance vibration. Raised vehicle and re inspected. Found mud build up on inner wheels. Removed mud and re road tested. Slight tire balance vibration is still present, recommend having tires balanced at tire shop and rotate tires with least amount of weights to the front. Also, noted shocks are starting seep, which may also may be contributing to vibration.
    • Performed Premiun BG ATF flush. Verified fluid level and adjusted to spec's.
    • Performed BG Air induction service. Road tested after service and verified no codes present; vehicle operating normal.
    • Replaced all spark plugs, gapped to spec's at .040 in, torqued plugs to 13 ft lbs. Road tested to verify function.

    • Test drove vehicle. Found steering wheel to be off (at 11:30 position). Drove straight down the road. Inspected front end; did not see any suspension parts obviously bent or worn out at this time. We do have history notes of drivers side strut seeping, but could not verify today. Did find that frame is damaged right behind bumper before suspension; see pics. Suspect possible rear crossmember to be tweaked but not enough to prevent alignment. Found tow out. Recommend toe adjustment. Also, recommend frame to be checked by body shop.
    • During vehicle inspection found: Priority One. 1 set tow ( finish alignment). 2 perform battery terminal service. 3 brake inspection with tire rotate. 4 clear codes and reevaluate at oil change. SEL- Code list: interlock brake code c1241. body control module history codes u0100, u0101, u0151. HVAC module code u0100. instrument panel codes b1508, b150a. navigational code u0100. recommending to clear all codes and reevaluate next oil change. Cables / Connections: recommend battery terminal service due to corrosion buildup on positive cable. Brakes (Pads/Shoes): front brakes are extremely low, recommend brake inspection. Steering System: possible frame damaged right behind bumper before suspension but should not prevent alignment. Also found choppy tire wear indicating alignment or suspension issues. Recommend alignment and body shop to check frame. Tire pressure & condition: front tires are extremely choppy. Recommend to rotate to the back.
    • Alignment Check Notes: performed alignment check and found only tow to be out. waiting on approval to set tow. Would like to have frame looked at by body shop after. Adjusted – Made toe adjustments and road test vehicle 10 MI confirming steering wheel is now straight.
    • Brake inspection – Recommending front pads due to pad life and front rotors for good measures only. Front Brake Condition – front brake pads are in the red at 3 mm. lateral run out 0.000. brake rotor thickness is within spec at 1.098. spec is 1.024. Rear Brake Condition – rear parking brake shoes are in good work in order will be servicing and cleaning at this time. Repairs -removed and replaced front brake pads. Serviced and adjusted rear brake shoes. Road tested vehicle to verify repairs.
    • Rotated tires. Set Tire pressures to _38_ psi and Torqued wheels to _83_ ft lbs.

    • During vehicle inspection found: Priority One: 1 Replace Purge Solenoid. 2 BG transmission flush. Priority Two: 1 cabin air filter. 2 struts and shocks. 3 CV axle. SEL- Code list: engine code p0456 has returned. performed automatic EVAP system test which has passed. inspect purge solenoid for possible internal leak found none present at this time. Performed smoke test and found EVAP Purge Solenoid leaking. Recommend replacing. Cabin air filter: cabin air filter is dirty, recommend replace. Transmission fluid: transmission fluid is dark, recommend performing transmission BG flush. Shocks / Struts: front and rear shocks are seeping. Recommend keep an eye on them. Driveline (Axles / CV Shafts): passenger side inner CV boot is seeping, recommend keep an eye on it.
