Recommend to diagnose codes Cabin air filter: dirty recommend replacing Antifreeze/Coolant: Found coolant level in reservoir to be low recommend to pressure test system to pinpoint any possible leaks, topped off reservoir to correct level Power Steering Fluid: Na Battery Condition: Battery tested good just asking for a recharge Tire pressure & condition: Tires are at 35 psi By time and / or mileage: OEM recommendations based by mileage 1.     • Drained oil and removed filter housing, replaced filter and o-ring, lowered car and put 5.8 quarts of 0w20, started vehicle and verified correct oil level. Reset oil life.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One: 1. Cabin air filter. Priority Two: 1. air filter. Priority Three: 1. Replace smart key battery. Inspection Findings – Cabin air filter – Cabin air filter is restricted, recommend installing new cabin air filter. Engine Oil – Oil condition is worn, level is within specs. Washer Fluid – Topped off washer fluid reservoir. Air Filter – Air filter is slightly restricted, recommend replacing air filter at the next oil change service. Fuel Filter – NA Tire pressure & condition – Set tire pressures to 40 psi. Tire date 2019.

    • During vehicle inspection found:
    • During vehicle inspection, found thermostat bypass hose was disconnected, re connected hose, topped off cooling system and pressure tested cooling system, found small leak at water pump. Recommending replacing water pump assembly. Road tested vehicle while monitoring coolant temp on live data, verifying no additional overheating issues noted. Recommending checking coolant level through out the rest of road trip.

    • General Inspection Priority One. 1 brake inspection. 2 timing belt and serpentine belt. 3 driver side exhaust manifold gasket. Priority Two. 1 diagnose codes. 2 power steering flush. 3 plastic clips. SEL- Code list tire pressure monitoring codes c2123, c2124, c2172. recommending to further diagnose all codes Other zip ties holding engine plastics due to suspected loss of clips, recommending replacement clips Power Steering Fluid a little dark but still good Belts: engine, accessory, serpentine, V-drive serpentine belt looks to be the original equipment recommended to replace by mileage. according to timing belt sticker found on airbox if calculations are correct customer only has 10,000 miles before needing to do timing belt. oh you recommends to replace it at 185,000 MI Brakes (Pads/Shoes) front and rear brake pads are low recommending break inspection
    • Removed transfer case and replaced output shaft seal and input shaft seal. Reinstall transfer case and refilled. road test vehicle and reinspected confirming repair.
    • Visually inspected exhaust and found no signs of leaks at this time. Started vehicle and did find what sounds to be an exhaust leak on driver side. using smoke machine was unable to determine where leak is coming from. using stethoscope did confirm that the exhaust manifold gasket is leaking and needs to be replaced.
    • Removed and replaced oil filter. drained oil and refilled with 6.5 quarts of 5W-30 synthetic blend and a can of moa. Stickered vehicle for a 3000 mi at 175877. reset maintenance light and double checked oil level confirming repair.

    • Brake inspection- Recommend servicing front and replacing rear pads due to pad life with rear rotors for good measure only. Front Brake Condition- Front brake pad life 8 mm. rotor thickness 1.094. lateral run out 0.001 Rear Brake Condition- Rear brake pad life is 3 mm. rotor thickness 0.378 lateral run out 0.002
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
    • Installed new cabin air filter.
    • Performed air induction service.
    • Performed battery terminal service, verified battery tested with in spec's.
    • Performed engine oil drain and refill using recommended engine oil to spec's with added BG MOA.
    • Replaced oil filter.
    • Replaced rear brake pads and rotors, road tested vehicle to verify repairs.
    • SEL- Code list- engine history codes p1603 engine install history. p1605 rough running. code b2312 is in multiple door modules for power window switch. Oil Life %- according to sticker vehicle is 5,000 miles over Cabin air filter- cabin air filter is restricted Air Filter- air filter is restricted Cables / Connections- recommend battery terminal service due to corrosion buildup on positive cable Brakes (Pads/Shoes)- see break inspection Tire pressure & condition- front tire tread is getting a little low will rotate to the back

    • Found open circuit- blown fuse, installed new 15A LP fuse, re-tested and found no fluid flow, found both washer squirters clogged, reamed and retested to verify washer squirters function.
    • Performed vehicle pre scan; codes present: Inspection revealed Other recommendations based on service maintenance schedule/mileage:
    • Verified lack of air volume, removed acabin air filter and found debris from possible rodent( cotton), removed debris and installed a new cabin air filter.
