- Remove sway bar and replace links. Road test vehicle 10 miles confirming clunking noise is no longer present. Vibration is still present and while had vehicle in the air did go ahead and spin driveshaft to 60 mph finding vibration to seem to be coming from rear of transmission. Found what seems to be an excessive amount of play at rear driveshaft, removed driveshaft and inspected you joints confirming no faults at this time and checked torque on rear shaft nut confirming to be tight. Recommending to have drive shaft balanced to eliminate it being possibility. Highly suspect output shaft of transmission to be cause of vibration.
- Brake Inspection. – Recommending to perform brake flush due to contamination. Front and rear brake pads due to pad life. Front and rear rotors for good measure. Notes for Road Test – Road test vehicle found no brake pulsation or pull at this time is a vibration that we've been chasing. Brake Fluid Notes- brake fluid is contaminated recommend performing flush.
