Services Performed
- Performed BG air induction service.
- Performed BG EPR engine flush in combination with LOF service.
- Performed engine oil drain and refill using customer requested full synthetic engine oil to spec's with added BG MOA. (in combination with oil filter replacement).
- Removed and inspected driver side exhaust manifold, (see additional labor time for further details), verified exhaust manifold is warped, installed new passenger side exhaust manifold, using new hardware. Found slight imperfection with cylinder head sealing surface, – used copper coat in order to help with gasket sealing. Torqued hardware to spec's and retested to verify exhaust system sealed.
- Replaced all spark plugs- (2.8 hrs- .2 hr additional time to replace all ignition coil boots with added die electric grease to insure function).
- Replaced engine oil filter.
- Replaced serpentine belt with component kit- including 3 idler idler pulley's, tensioner assembly and belt.
