Services Performed
- After BG Air/Fuel system clean, EPR oil change and other services, removed and replaced spark plugs. Test drove additional 5 miles to confirm no misfires.
- During vehicle inspection found: Priority One. 1 replace serpentine belt in near future. 2 further look into codes. SEL- Code list: multiple codes for steering wheel electronics Central electronics comfort system. Belts: Drive belt has signs of aging. Recommended replace by next oil change or so.
- Perform BG air induction service.
- Performed BG air induction service. Cleaned out as much oil as possible out of intercooler. Performed EPR oil change. Removed and replaced PCV valve, air filter & cleaned mass air flow sensor, and replaced crankcase breather tube. Test drove vehicle and verified smoke is no longer present. See spark plug line.
- Removed oil filter and drained old oil. Replaced filter with new recommended filter. Refilled oil to spec with recommended European full synthetic 5w40 oil and a can of MOA (see added line for EPR). Tested to verify service.

- Test drove vehicle to verify smoke concern. Removed air filter and confirmed rodents causing restriction. Removed spark plugs, PCV valve, crankcase breather tube, turbo intercooler tubes. Verified rodent restriction caused excessive vacuum on crankcase which overworked the PCV calve causing oil to dump directly into turbo and fill intercooler & intake with oil. Oil also saturated mass air flow sensor, creating rich condition that fouled out the spark plugs. Recommend performing BG EPR oil change with a BG air induction/fuel injection service as well as cleaning excessive oil from turbo area. Also recommend replacing air filter, cleaning out rodent debris from housing, and replacing spark plugs.
