    • Lifted up truck and drained oil. Removed and installed new oil filter. Tightened down drain plug and filled with 10 quarts of 15w40. Started vehicle, double checked oil level and no leaks are present. Wrote new sticker. Reset oil life: next oil change is due at 85,435
    • Performed starting and charging system test – CT noted cluster not reading battery voltage, no abnormal charging system notes when driving vehicle into shop.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One 1. Transmission service 2. Brake inspection 3. Brake flush 3. Front and rear differential service 4. Replace tires due to age 5. Steering and suspension inspection 6 Replace fuel filter. Priority Two 1. Transfer case service 2. Add dye to oil system to pin point leaks 3. Diag windshield wiper sprayers aren’t working Priority Three 1. Rotate tires. Inspection Findings – Oil Change & Filter – Preforming oil change at this time SEL- Code list – Current codes B1035, B0418, B2575, B2600 Cabin air filter – Vehicle dosent have a cabin air filter Wiper Blades – Wipers don’t spray any washer fluid recommend to diag further Brake Fluid – Brake fluid is highly corrosive recommend BG brake flush Power Steering Fluid – Power steering fluid is worn recommend BG power steering flush Transmission fluid – Transmission fluid is extremely dirty recommend servicing. Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – When pulling vehicle in felt slight brake pulsation, rotors are rusted but pads look good, recommend brake inspection based by brake slight brake pulsation Fuel Filter – Recommend to replace fuel filter based on mileage Differential fluid- Frt and/or rear – Front and rear differential fluid is worn recommend servicing Transfer Case fluid – Transfer case fluid is worn recommend to drain and inspect fluid and refill Tire pressure & condition – Tires are from 2011 tires are eight years old recommend tire shop for repairs, tires also have wear on inside and out side tread, only on front tires, recommend steering and suspension check and aliment check Under vehicle fluid leaks. – Oil leak possibly coming from oil pan and rear main seal recommend to add dye and clean are off By time and / or mileage. – OEM recommendations based by mileage 1. Rotate tires.
    • Brake Inspection – Re repairs, Front pads and rotors, rear pads and rotors Notes for Road Test – When on road test Felt slight brake pulsation when braking normally. Brake Fluid Notes- Brake fluid is corrosive see GI for further notes Front Brake Pads Measurements – Both front pads are at 10mm in the green Front Brake Rotor Thickness – Front rotor thickness for drivers side is 1.497 and passenger side is at 1.494 Front Rotor Runout – Drivers side rotor runout is at .004 and passenger side rotor runout is at .005 Rear Brake Pad / Shoes Measurements – Rear brake pads are at 10mm in the green, pads are starting to show signs of grooving Rear Disc / Drum Thickness – Rear rotor thickness is at 1.134 for both rear rotors are showing signs of grooving Rear Disc Rotor Runout – Rear rotor runout is at .001 for passenger side rear and for drivers side rear rotor runout is at .005 Rec Repairs – Recommendations based off of brake inspection, new front rotors with new pads for good measure, rear rotors based on rotor runout and grooving, and rear pads based on good measure and rear pads being grooved.
    • Road test notes. – Found vehicle to pull to the left didn’t notice anything else, also heard a noise coming from passenger front tire possibly wheel bearing Tires. – Tires do have inside tire wear Ball joints. – Noticed upper and lower ball joints on passenger side are lose, possibly caused by wheel bearing recommend to replace upper and lower ball joint on passenger side Wheel bearings – Lifted front end of vehicle and found passenger front wheel bearing to be lose, recommend replacing passenger front wheel bearing before aliment Inspection Notes – Found passenger side wheel bearing is out recommend to replace both wheel bearing before alime
