Services Performed
- Scan vehicle for codes found code P0300 for engine misfire and code P0506 for idle air control system RPM too low. Using scan tool monitoring data, confirmed misfire mainly is on cylinder number 3. Removed number three coil and relocated to cylinder number two. Confirmed misfire has followed coil. Removed all 5 coils and inspected valve cover confirming valve cover does have a little bit of seepage. Recommend to keep an eye on valve cover seep. Noticed while having intake tube off that throttle plate is extremely restricted; air induction service needs to be performed to remove excess build up. Removed spark plugs and verified plugs are Auto Light Platinum style plugs. Iridium plugs are required by OEM. Recommend replacing all ignition coils, new OEM spark plugs and performing air induction/fuel system service.
