- Unable to duplicate customer concern at this time. Found seeping at power steering reservoir but not an active leak at this time. No signs of an active fluid leak at this time. Other possibility, power steering system may be over due to service, causing power steering system to overheat and over flow from reservoir, recommending power steering flush.
- Road tested vehicle, was able to hear slight noise at strut mount only one time during road test, requesting to have tech road test with customer.
- General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One 1 recommend further inspection of all codes and diag of needed ones Priority Two 1 rear wiper arm Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – Codes in just about every module. Recommend diag of all Oil Life % – Unknown Wiper Blades – Rear wiper arm has weak spring causing arm to not put enough pressure to clear window. Recommend replacing entire arm Shocks / Struts – Heard slight clunk from front struts while going over bumps. Recommend keeping an eye on them Under vehicle fluid leaks. – Customer has concern of fluid leak but can’t find single low fluid or drop of any fluids Okay a t this time By time and / or mileage. – Oil change
