    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One 1 coolant repairs 2 oil change 3 brake flush Priority Two 1 battery terminal service 2 diag codes Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – Airbag and power steering codes. See picture. Recommend diagnostics Oil Life % – Oil life states 40 percent but oil sticker indicates over 2k miles and 3 months over due. Oil condition is bad. Recommend oil change Cabin air filter – Filter is clean. However was installed wrong and cover is missing. Installed filter correctly. Recommend replacing cover Engine Oil – Oil dark in color Brake Fluid – Brake fluid testing high in contaminants. Recommend BY Service Antifreeze/Coolant – Empty see work order Cables / Connections – Terminals corroded. Recommend service Under vehicle fluid leaks. – Coolant leak. See work order.
    • Performed visual inspection found damage to lower portion of radiator. Drain valve has been broken off. Recommending replacing radiator assembly along with thermostat.
    • Per recommendations. Removed and replaced radiator. Upper hose (lower hose is unavailable at this time). Thermostat and radiator cap. Pulled vacuumed on system co firming that no leaks are present. Filled system. Road tested confirming repairs.
    • In stalled new filter and drain plug gasket. Filled engine with 4.6 qt of 0w20 w one can of BG MOA confirmed level. Stickered for 5k and reset life
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
    • Per inspection removed terminals. Cleaned of all corrosion. Reinstalled and installed protectant spray.

Replace fuel filter Inspection Findings – Oil Change & Filter – Preforming oil change at this time SEL- Code list – Codes present P008A 00, P1548 00, C1001 97, U0415 00, U0253 00. Recommend to diag codes Windshield / Glass – Windshield does have multiple cracks recommend windshield repair shop for these repairs Air Filter – Air filter is dirty and codes for air filter restricting air flow is present Battery Condition – Both battery’s tested good Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – Front pads are low recommend brake inspection rear pads and rotors look good Differential fluid- Frt and/or rear – Rear differential fluid is worn recommend to remove pan and inspect gears and reseal and add BG limited slip additive By time and / or mileage. – OEM recommendations based by mileage 1. Replace air filter 2. Replace fuel filter 3. Replace rear axle fluid.
    • Lifted up truck and started to drain oil. Once I was done draining I tightened down drain plug and cleaned off oil pan then I removed oil filter and let that drain once oil filter was done draining I filled up oil filter with 1 quart of 5W 40 then I installed oil filter and tighten down. Then I lowered vehicle and filled up with 13 quart of 5w40 and started vehicle, checked oil level and wrote new sticker and reset oil life.
    • Performed tire rotate and inspected brake pads life. Found front brake pads are worn to 3 mm, see added line for brake pad replacement. Rotated tires, torqued wheel to 150 ft lbs, set front tire pressures to 65 psi and rear tires to 75 psi and re learned position. DOT date 2023.
    • Removed secondary fuel filter under truck and let that drain one done draining I removed housing and replace filter and gasket, the I tightened down all 6 bolts and made sure I wasn’t leaking, then I moved to the engine bay and removed up fuel filter, had to remove three hoses and clips once all off I removed old fuel filter and replaced with new, made sure that all clips and hoses where secure. Reset fuel filter life and verified no leaks.
    • Performed rear diff fluid service, R&R pan, cleaned and resealed, refilled using recommended fluid with added limited slip additive to spec's.
    • Removed and replaced front brake pads per recommendations. Road tested to verify repairs.

    • Lifted up vehicle and started to drain oil. Once the oil was done draining I tightened down drain plug and cleaned area off. Then I lowered vehicle and removed oil filter, housing and replaced oil filter and rubber o ring and I tightened down oil filter housing and topped off with 6 quarts of 5W 20 mobile one. Then I started vehicle and checked oil level wrote new sticker and reset oil life. Also replacing air filter
    • During vehicle inspection found: Priority One 1. Replace air filter 2. Tire rotation Priority Two 1. Remove glove box lining and inspect cabin air filter 2. Fuel filter based by mileage Priority Three 1. Get windshield cracks repaired so windshield doesn't freeze and crack more Oil Change & Filter: Performing oil change at this time with customer provided oil Cabin air filter: Could not reach cabin air due to the glove box lining being in the way, and would have to remove glove box and lining on inside of glove box to get to cabin air filter Windshield / Glass: Windshield has three chips recommend windshield repair shop to repair them before they turn into cracks Antifreeze/Coolant: Just had to top off coolant by quarter of a quart Air Filter: Air filter is dirty recommend replacing Brakes (Pads/Shoes): Rear pads are low but fronts felt fine recommend brake inspection Fuel Filter: Recommend replacing fuel filter based by mileage Tire pressure & condition: All tires at 36 psi By time and / or mileage: No OEM recommendations at this mileage

    • Lifted up vehicle and started to drain oil. Once I was done draining tightened down drain plug and lower vehicle filled up with 5 quarts of 0W 20 full synthetic motor oil with a can of BG MOA then removed oil filter and replaced then started vehicle and checked oil level wrote new sticker vehicle has maintenance reminder, so I set the proper date and mileage for reminder for oil, filter and oil.
    • Performed Premiun BG ATF flush.
    • Replace spark plugs had to lift motor up to reach driver side, spark plugs replaced air filter and cabin air filter. Road tested vehicle 10 miles and no misfire occurred after installing new spark plugs.
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.

    • When using stethoscope while vehicle is running, listen to alternator and confirm that alternator is making a loud noise. Tested alternator at 2000 RPMs and alternator was putting out 80 AMPS, tested battery and found that battery was rated for 750 cold cranking amps and tested at 100 cold cranking amps, recommending replacing battery ( alt is getting over worked due to bad battery) . Also noticed that AC belt tensioner bearing has seized and caused belt to go missing and found remains of AC serpentine belt all over front of engine.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One 1. Replace battery and alternator 2. Replace belt, tensioner and AC compressor belt. 3. Brake inspection 4. Brake flush Priority Two 1. Replace headlight housing and low beam headlight on passenger side. 2. Replace engine oil 3. Replace passenger side strut Priority Three 1. Rotate tires Inspection Findings – Exterior Body – Recommend body shop for repairs Lights (Head, Brake, Turn) – Passenger side low beam is out, head light also has moisture in it recommend to replace head light housing and low beam bulb Engine Oil – Oil is worn recommend to change oil and oil filter and add BG MOA for better MPG and engine life Brake Fluid – Brake fluid is corrosive recommend BG brake flush Washer Fluid – Topped off washer fluid Belts (Engine, accessory, serpentine, V-drive) – When inspecting belt I found that second serpentine belt was missing, I found that belt tensioner bearing seized and locked up pulley and disintegrated belt off and destroyed pulley. Battery Condition – Battery tested at 100 CCA due to alternator not charging battery while driving, possible cause of alternators going back twice is that battery has been bad for a while and is overworking alternator recommending to replace battery and alternator. Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – Front brake pads look low and rears have drums recommend break inspection Shocks / Struts – Passenger side strut is blown recommend replacing Under vehicle fluid leaks. – Timing belt and heads have been replaced recently By time and / or mileage. – OEM recommendations based by mileage 1. Replace brake fluid 2. Replace engine oil and filter 3. Rotate tires
    • Replaced alternator and battery performed battery terminal service when installing new battery and re tested alternator amps to verify charging system tested with in spec's. Adjusted belt to spec's, road tested to verify repairs.
