- Evacuated and recharged AC system. Evac Freon amount __0___ lbs. Recharged with _0.94__ lbs of Freon, Pag Oil & Dye. Tested pressures High (IN) _125__, Low (IN)_20__ and finished at High (OUT)__200_, Low (OUT)__30_vent temps at _81_deg F (IN) and finishing at __44_ deg F (OUT). Inspected for leaks. after A/C recharge ran system for 45 minutes and road test 10 miles reinspected system for leaks. found no leaks at this time. recommend customer to return if AC loses charge.
- General Inspection Priority List: Priority One. 1. brake inspection 2. transmission fluid exchange 3. front differential fluid exchange 4. battery corrosion protectant and cleaning Priority Two. 1. serpentine belt replacement 2. front marker light replacement During vehicle inspection found: SEL- Code list – multiple codes recommend further diagnosis Oil Life % – no sticker/oil life indicator, however oil color is good Cabin air filter – cabin air filter dirty will replace with AC Service Lights (Head, Brake, Turn) – found passenger side rear marker lamp is out, recommend installing new bulb. Belts: engine, accessory, serpentine, V-drive – belt cracked in multiple spots recommend replacing Air Filter – k&n air filter Transmission fluid – transmission fluid dark in color recommend replacing Cables / Connections – bad corrosion for cables likely cause of multiple low voltage codes; recommend cleaning and installing anti corrosion spray Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – front and rear brake pads are low recommend brake inspection Differential fluid- Frt and/or rear – front differential fluid extremely dark in color, recommend exchanging. rear differential fluid level and condition is good; however check plug for rear differential was loose, tightened plug.
