- Attempted to start vehicle to recreate customer concern. Vehicle started right up with no issues. Attempted a few more times and had no issues with starting. Fuel level appears to be a bit low so perhaps vehicle was parked at an angle not allowing fuel pump to pull in fuel. Recommend keeping at least 1/4 of a tank of fuel to avoid issues in future and customer to return if issue persists with fuller tank.
- During vehicle inspection found: Priority one: 1 replace lower strut bolt on passenger side missing 2 perform alignment 3 replace front tires Priority two: 1 oil change 2 address diff leak 3 diag abs codes Inspection Findings – Oil Change & Filter: – Maint req light on recommend oil change Transmission fluid: – Trans fluid dark in color recommend service Shocks / Struts: – Found lower bolt on passenger strut to be missing nut, and was almost completely backed out. Recommend replacing entire bolt. Tire pressure & condition: – Front tires have little to know tread left. Recommend replacing Under vehicle fluid leaks: – Leak from what appears to be front diff. Recommend cleaning and adding dye to system By time and / or mileage. – Oil change
