    Services Performed
    • Brake Inspection. recommending to replace front calipers due to uneven pad life, front pads and rotors due to metal to metal, rear rotors due to thickness, and rear brake pad due to heat cracks. also found during the removal of tire driver side rear wheel stud is damaged and missing nut recommending to replace stud and install new nut at this time see GI for pics. Notes for Road Test – unable to road test due to metal to metal noises. Caliper Condition – Found driver side brake pads to be metal to metal and passenger side having 10 mm of pad life indicates either one caliper to be sticking or one caliper not to be functioning recommending to replace both front calipers due to uneven pad life.
    • General Inspection – Priority List – Priority One. 1 brakes and wheel stud. 2 diagnose communication issue. 3 oil leak. 4 oil change. Priority Two. 1 inspect belt pulleys. 2 tire pressure light. 3 rear differential service. 4 front shocks. Inspection Findings – SEL- Code list – unable to communicate with scan tool suspect possible blown fuse recommend farther inspect. Oil Life % – according to oil change sticker vehicle is due for a oil change. Engine Oil – signs of oil cooler adapter plate leaking recommend to replace gasket clean and reinspect for possible other leaks. Belts: engine, accessory, serpentine, V-drive – melt has some signs of abnormal wear suspect possible pulley recommend to remove belt and inspect pulley system. Brakes (Pads/Shoes) – see brake inspection for specs. Shocks / Struts – front struts are starting to seep recommended keep an eye on them. Differential fluid- Frt and/or rear – rear differential fluid is a little dark recommend performing service by removal of rear pan. Tire pressure & condition – tire pressure light is on unable to communicate with computer. vehicle is equipped with aftermarket rims. tire pressure and condition are good. while performing brake inspection removed rear driver side tire cover and found lug nut to be missing and stud to be stripped out recommend to replace stud and install new lug nut at this time
    • Replaced front brake pads, rotors and calipers, also replaced rear brake pads and rotors, and driver side rear wheel studs. During brake system flushing, found both rear caliper bleeder screw are seized, attempted to unstuck but bleeder screw broke off, Replaced both rear calipers, see added line for brake system flushing, road tested vehicle to verify repairs.
    • Check brake fluid for moisture and contamination. Inspect all hydraulic line and hoses. Inspect calipers and wheel cylinders. Inspect master cylinder and cap. Flush entire brake system including master cylinder, calipers, wheel cylinders until clean.
    • Replaced oil cooler gasket at engine, upon installation of mounting bolts, 1 bolt had broken, necessary to extract and install new hardware, re inspected to verify sealed.
    • Installed new belts and both tensioner per recommendations.
    • Performed rear differential fluid services, resealed drear diff, added recommended fluid to spec's with added rear limited slip additive
    • Drained and refilled with 6 quarts 5W30 full synthetic and a can of moa, replaced oil filter, new stickers set for 5,000 miles at 81,666 current odometer is 76,666, verified oil level is full.
    • Performed BG EPR engine service, in combination with oil change service.
